Nyzom Injection Description:

Isometamidium Chloride Injection, a highly effective veterinary medicine designed for the treatment and prevention of trypanosomiasis in a range of animals including cattle, goats, sheep, camels, horses, and dogs.

Uses:

Isometamidium Chloride is primarily used for:

  • The treatment and prevention of trypanosomiasis
  • Its preventive dosage ensures extended protection.

Dosage:

Consultation with a veterinarian is crucial. Administer this injection via deep intramuscular (IM) injection. Dosage varies by animal type:

Treatment: 0.25-0.5mg/kg b.wt

Prevention: 0.5-1mg/kg b.wt

Horse:
0.5mg/kg b.wt

Dog:
1mg/kg by b.wt

Camel:
0.5-0.75mg/kg b.wt by deep I/M route only.
