What are Female Condom?

Female condom, also known as internal condoms, are barrier devices used during sexual intercourse to prevent pregnancy and reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). How to Use ?

3. Find a Comfortable Position: Sitting, squatting, or lying down.
4. Insert the Condom:
   • Squeeze the inner ring at the closed end of the condom and insert it into the vagina or anus.
   • Push the inner ring as far as it can go, ensuring the outer ring remains outside the body.
5. Ensure Proper Placement: Make sure the condom is not twisted and covers the internal walls.
6. Guide the Penis or Sex Toy: During intercourse, guide the penis or sex toy into the condom to prevent slipping.
7. Remove After Use: Twist the outer ring to keep the semen inside and gently pull out the condom. Dispose of it in a trash bin, not the toilet.
